THE SYSTEM
I have two systems.
Most DJ's on island only have ONE system. I have two in case anything should happen technically prior to a show, to ensure that your event definately goes through as planned!
Sound Equipment (GOOD, modern equipment) is rare and hard to find on these islands!
I don't take any chances with your event!
My main system consists of:
What all this means is, I bring a pure digital signal (your song) and move it straight from the source into the digital speakers.
The speakers are designed to resonate with no distortion or vibration.
The result is a reproduced sound that is as crystal clear and smooth as the original source.
Trust me when I say, this system sounds AMAZING!
I challenge any entertainer on this island to offer a better sounding, better maintained system!
SYSTEM #2 (my backup)-
My backup system consists of-
- 4 - Soundtech Professional Speakers (150 Watts each times 4 speakers=600 Watts total)
- 1 - QSC 1500W Professional Amp
- 1 - Pioneer CMX-300 Digital CD Player
- 1 - Compaq Laptop running Virtual Mixer with Dual Virtual MP3 Player software
- 1 - 250 Gig HD with 30,000+ Mp3 formatted songs of high quality (most 220kps or better)
- 1- Wireless Microphone
- 1- Corded Microphone
I also bring along CD's for back-up and have the capability to play any special songs or mixes you wish to have on hand! I have one of the clearest, fullest sounding systems on the island.
Many DJ's think that loudness equals quality. I disagree...fullness of sound equals quality. Yet my system pushes enough power to be utilized in almost any sized venue.
