CONTRACT & PRICING Pricing does vary depending on which island the wedding is on and time of year. Off Season rates normally apply to August and September. Peak Season rates are in December, March, April, May and June. Sometimes special deals can be figured if someone books a larger than average block of time. In most cases, we normally request a 3-hour minimum due to the work involved in transporting the equipment. Depending on the circumstances, and/or time of year, we sometimes will do shorter events. You are also welcome to reserve and book online. (see BOOK ONLINE! In the web menu bar to your left) If you are uncomfortable with using the web in this manner, you can download both the contract and the wedding information sheet below in MICROSOFT WORD format. Then all you have to do is print them, fill them out and mail them back to me with the deposit (which is the first hour of the event). NOTE: If you book online, you can skip all these steps--just go to BOOK ONLINE, agree to the terms and pay your deposit there. Your paypal transaction will act as a reciept. Just put the actual date of your reception in the "notes" box of the paypal transaction form as a reference tag. A sample of the "hard copy" contract is below. NOTE: Using the Paypal method includes an electronic agreement, which makes the paper copy a step you can skip. Checks are fine if we are using the "regular mail option" and can also accepted when paying your balance in person at the end of an event. PLEASE NOTE: I can only accept credit cards online, but not remotely at the event itself.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU BOOK AN EVENT ON THE ISLAND OF ST JOHN, A TRAVEL CHARGE IS ADDED ONLY TO COVER THE COST OF A ROOM & CAR FERRY, FOR I AM BASED ON ST THOMAS. USUALLY THIS CHARGE WILL NOT EXCEED $250.00 (TOTAL) AND IS NOT "MARKED UP" IN ANY WAY. I ONLY CHARGE THE ACTUAL COST OF A ROOM IN ST JOHN (WHICH IS ONLY NEEDED FOR LATER EVENTS--DUE TO NO CAR FERRIES RUNNING AFTER 7PM). ALSO: As an American citizen, I am not allowed by law to work events on the islands of Tortola, Aguilla, St Maartan and Virgin Gorda as they are foreign countries which require UK (or French) Nationality to work there-- or requires a very difficult work visa (which takes many months to obtain). | ||||||||||
